Bush's eavesdropping was ILLEGAL, because he refused to notify any court before or after as is required. A president can order wiretapping for 72 hours without notifying a court, but then he must. Bush didn't. Bush is lying today about his wiretapping being legal. Every single senator and congressman I've heard speak about it, including threeRepublicans, are furious. Bush is doing something very anti-American. He's ignoring the checks and balances set up by our founding fathers, acting like an imperial president or emperor. Without the consent of anyone. He's a rogue presdient out of control and he needes to be taught a very big lesson, for for his sake or the DEms, but for the sake of our democracy going forward.
