jape, i'll answer the first question. the plaintiffs are: mark mclaughlin and tom mccarvill. mark mclaughlin owns 1,660,886 shares and tom mccarvill owns 20,000 shares. i belive this is what they owned back when the suit was filed. i do not know if that has changed. btw, jape , happy B day. paulie
