Thanks for the response: BSX's quality of earnings has been suspect. Playing with the tax rate and skimping on R&D (look how low it was this past quarter - unbeleivable they are underspending here to the tune of $30 million or more per quarter) may make you hit the numbers, but Wall Street will not give you much of a multiple on those eanrings. I believe this is why the stock is treading water even as Tobin makes the current EPS forecast. The franchise is still there IMHO, but they really need to resolve Medinol badly. Cheers,
