My Youtube Question Review

I've been reading this site for quite a while now, and I want to ask a question to the republican candidates on the CNN youtube debates, but I want to make sure that my information is correct and that it is worded correctly.

It is about the 100 billion dollar bailout fund that banks and Paulson are talking about and the 38 billion in bonuses that Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch & Co., Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Bear Stearns are going to pass out to their employees.

First question(for you, not the debates): Is the bailout fund going to be used for Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, and others(if approved)? or are they just taking part in the discussions with Paulson?

I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about, but here's a link to an article discussing it.

Second: How involved is Bernanke in the bailout fund?

Here is a link to the 38 billion in bonuses article

So, my question for the debates, as of now, goes something like this(if my understanding of everything is correct):

What do you think of the five largest security companies such as Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley taking part in the potential 100 billion dollar bailout fund that Paulson is putting together when these companies have an extra 38 billion dollars to hand out as bonuses to their employees? Also, do you have a better plan to help with the current credit and housing meltdown?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank You
