Since Nancy Pelosi promised to "drain the swamp" and shut down the "culture of corruption,"; then why is Charles Rangel still around?

That crook Rangel is chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, giving him a special role in the oversight of the IRS as well as over the U.S. tax code.
