Gee, dj, they gave them 22 billion and in less than a month got a resounding we aren't going to pay you back, while his own people acknowledge that Yeltsen can't do more than sign his name. They've got to look tough before they give them the next payment.

Does anyone think that if we hold at 73, we get an afternoon bounce, before a selloff pre-closing? Back over 74.
