That's what's happening. Plus, some might be trying to keep the price down with small sells giving them time to cover their shorts. But with the good news the stock is back up to 18 at 1:14pm EST. The bid size is 5x larger than the ask size so it looks like people are loading up. I think this thing will break 20 within the week, as people realize intel threat is not going to hurt the company like they thought it might have. The company is doing well, and so will the stock as long as people keep a level head.
