you state the MSFT issued 800 million shares in the last 5 years and that 36 billion needs to be transferred out of the cash pile to cover them. You characterize this as a cost to shareholders of $36 Billion dollars. This is simply not true.

MSFT's shareholders are not GETTING ANY of that money MSFT is collecting, THAT IS THE PROBLEM....

which part of the 600 million shares added to MSFT's basic share count did you not understand? that includes ALL the cash MSFT gave back to shareholders.... ALL OF IT....... not a single DIME went to a SHAREHOLDER.... HELLO are you awake in there??????

deny that.... so everybody can see what kind of argument you've come up with.....

what makes you think MSFT is now going to suddenly change their ways and give money back with the next 800 million shares???????

are you completely daff man? look at what is going on with your share price for the last FIVE YEARS......

now compare that with the rest of the market......

MSFT's shareholders are not GETTING ANY of that money MSFT is collecting, THAT IS THE PROBLEM....
