a stark fact that a MSFT share buyer needs to consider...

MSFT spent $6 billion buying back shares last fiscal year.... they only made $7.8 billion in net earnings....

yet they only bought back 128 million shares and still couldn't bring the share count down from last year, due to another 44 million shares being exercised, ONTOP of another 128 million shares being exercised, that countered the 128 million share buy back....

that means MSFT can't even make enough money to buy back the dilution now....

the situation has spiraled out of control....

MSFT is now forced to buy back shares to keep its earnings from looking unbelievably bad...... with out this $6 billion dollar buy back, MSFT wouldn't have even made estimates......

everyday, hundreds more MSFT shareholders wake up to what is going on to MSFT's financials.... don't be the last one to wake up.... do some research and figure it out....
