Sonki, you might want to check the facts. When did MSFT announce they will layoff people? I live in Seattle, and MSFT was talking about buying another piece of land and build 1 Million sq ft of new building this year. They are going to hire 2000 more people this year. Contrary to your belief, MSFT is doing very, very well financially. Even I don't like MSFT's business practice, I have to admit that Bill is a marketing genius. Doesn't anyone of you wish you had owned MSFT stocks 10 years ago and still have it? I know I do. Did you see the recent Fortune Mag survey that most Americans like MSFT, and think highly of them. Well, I am in the UNIX industry and found that hard to believe, but unfortunately, the general public think differently than me. I have to tip my hat to Bill for building such an empirer. Bill got a fine taste for woman also. I thought using Jennifer Anniston in Window 95 kickoff was very smart. Now, for Window 2000, I hope he will invite Kate Winslett. :)
