And I have confirmed through Paul Woessner that the start up date for the processor is still Monday, September 22, although it could still be delayed as much as a day if the new fuel oil burner (to be used for start-up and back-up in place of natural gas, which has proved to be too expensive in comparison to #5 fuel oil, as produced by the processor itself), which has not arrived yet but is expected today or tomorrow. If it does arrive on time, Monday is a definate go, barring the unexpected. All the pumps that previously gave them problems at high temperatures have been retrofitted with temperature-resistant materials and most pumps have been duplexed to provide backups (putting pumps from different manufacturers within the same pair in order to provide comparisons). For the two critical points in the stream, they have ordered heavy-duty high-temp pumps (at $22,000 apiece) of the type used in oil refineries--these have an expected life of up to five years in this processor, as opposed to one year for the current pumps as they are now configured. The heavy duty pumps will arrive in November and be added to the system then.

I expect there will be a press release next week announcing the receipt of the permit (not yet received, but also expected today or tomorrow) and the resumption of operations. Now if we can only get a sale or two booked, we might have a $5 stock again.
