Hi Mark. I doubt if you remember me, but we exchanged some messages
on the AWRD board last year. I found your posts very insightful,
and I was also interested in Award before hearing your thoughts.
Just as I was getting ready to invest, they were taken over...

I was just checking in on SBSE, and see that you are a follower,
which certainly piques my interest in this stock again. I bought
into SBSE back in the Spring of 1996 at $12 and sold out after the stock doubled. I then kicked myself as it continued on up to 40.
Then the bottom fell out, and I have only casually watched the stock
since then. I sunk all (literally all) of my money into one stock,
Sun Micro, and I have been riding the large cap wave for several years. I am tempted into getting back into some small caps, but I got burned bad on my only foray -- I bought into Dataworks (DWRX) just as the bottom fell out of the enterprise software industry.

Anyway, SBSE sounds like a diamond in the rough, but the chart
looks awful. Is this small cap disease, or is there something
hanging over this stock?

thanks for your time. --Bill
