Bottom line; you're unable to answer the question. Not surprising.... The 90 or 99% rhetoric has been used by Gore leftists for decades regarding the issue of Global Warming, oh excuse me, now called "Climate Change". Yet, astonishingly they've been unable to produce a list of scientists (even a small list) that supports the percentage notion. Climate-gate exposed for the world to see the fraud being perpetuated toward science in regarding to GW. We now no with certainty science and scientific inquiry is the farthest thing from many of the "scientists" involved in the study of climate. Climate modelling is still in its infancy, cracking the cloud effect has eluded modelers for decades. One day I'm sure they'll get it right, but until then it's a crap shoot on what the weather will be like 50 years from now. There are just too many variables to know with any level of certainty. Especially, with enough certainty to expend trillions of dollars of world capital trying in a futile attempt to limit plant food.
