You are nothing but a blowhard. You have yet to show any reference to Treasury Stock Method of accounting for diluted shares. Since you are so pathetic in your non-existent expertise in accounting, perhaps this link may refresh your memory on what constitutes the Treasury Stock method. Message 17333134

Why don't you show the thread your example on how the Treasury Stock method works and how adoption of SFAS 123 impacts it?
