Quote dot com, QCHARTS, it is the paid service, but it MAY be available on free quote.com. Without looking, I believe the way qoute com calculates is that they take a block trade of 10000 shares or more and if there is an uptick after the transaction, it is assumed to be a "buy" in that it has "cleaned out" all the low asks, and if it is a downtick after it would be deemed a sell, because of the theorectical instantaneous oversupply at that moment. I think this is right, it is on their website, Anyway, that's how _I_ would do it.
