Yuan. Even if you are average, they give you options every year in
MSFT. Most of my friends get 2000 shares when they are hired, and get 300-400 shares more each year. If there are promotions, then they get more. I think their pays are kind of below average, but the options definitely make up for that if they stick around for 5 years. That's my feeling about working for MSFT.
