I buy. Medtronic would love to own this company at this price. They are starving for growth opportunities and they can't afford anymore disappointments like last quarter. ESON and its IVUS unit have some significant product advantages. But I wouldn't buy this on buyout speculation alone, though JNJ's may very well be interested. This appears, at least, to be a very good value at these levels.

My wild guess of the day is that some buyout talks fell through, and someone in the know didn't feel like being patient.
