Hello everyone.
I called Bob Giordano the PR guy for the company at 212-682-6300. He says the stock has been delisted because it trades uner 1, it doesn't meet the 2 mil minimum net worth requirement for tangible asset (it has some goodwill on its books which used to be counted but isn't anymore under NASDAQ rule change), and there is not enough free trading stock.
To fix this, the company intends to possibly reverse split, it has hired an investment banker to do an offering and otherwise the business is stable. They have offered a new line of shoes and he is optimistic about the companys future.
