Dear Shareholder:
Throughout thousands of years, the native Indians of the Brazilian Amazon Rain Forest discovered nature's miracle secrets for good health and longevity. The secrets passed down from generation to generation are now available through Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. The range of natural medicines now available is vast and for the most part is limitless. As we found in our many years of research, if there is a disease or ailment, the Brazilian Amazon Rain Forest holds the answer! The harnessing of this knowledge was a great undertaking. Many painstaking years of grueling and tedious research have gone into our PhytogenicTM Products, which we are making available to the entire world.
This is an outstanding time to be part of this company. On Thursday, July 15, 1999, we entered into an exciting new phase - THE PHASE OF PROFITABILITY - by shipping our first order of NATURES TASTETM to a major U.S. Food Distributor for distribution to 7,000 stores! We expect the orders to grow in size and to ship out on a regular monthly basis.
Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. will commence distributing all products into the marketplace. The most explosive product is "NATURES TASTETM". NATURES TASTETM is a 100% pure, natural, organic and botanical product derived from the leaves of a small tree found in the lower Brazilian Amazon Rain Forest. The Latin name for this variety of tree has been named Naturaae Gustusus which means "NATURES TASTETM" in English. It is known by its botanical name Dimorphandra Gardneriana Officinalis. Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. has signed agreements with major food distributors to allocate NATURES TASTETM throughout the United States.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our loyal shareholders, during the past several months for believing in Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. The Company's stock price has been depressed and held hostage by a group of short-trading rogue investors. The Company has fought and held our shareholders rights in this tedious legal battle. We will prevail in Court and all shareholders will be rewarded with a default judgment in Amazon's favor. Amazon is awaiting the signature of Judge Lloyd George on a default judgment against the illegal perpetrators in Civil Case No. CV-S-98-01247-(LDH) RLH. Once the default judgment is signed, Amazon's legal battles will be over in this case and we once again can resume our aggressive marketing program for the distribution of our 250 PhytogenicTM nutritional supplements, ".
