Bill Ridley - Does anyone follow him ...

In his last review of NetNation he said, "that the highly rated NetNation should have a market cap at least as high as its peers".
This statement was in relation to a comment about Mindspring.

Is he to be taken seriously? Mindspring last quarter sales were US $61,000,000 and about 30M shares. This is about 100x what NNCI's sales were for the same period.

I don't profess to know much about valuation but I would think NetNations' market cap at US $65M is about right or perhaps a little on the high side at this time in the companies life. After all it is not like they are in sole possession of the market.

Additionally because I am not Canadian when I see their sales I don't automatically down factor in the Canadian's dollars value in my assessment of NNCI.

All in all I think the US$4-5 dollar range seems to be a fair price for a stock with limited financials and a promise of the future.

Carl
