I am wondering about options here. Will the value come in DZTK's share price or the amount of PFSW shares a DZTK shareholder receives? Seems to me the DZTK share price could stay down with the arbitrage value in the PFSW shares themselves.

That would make DZTK calls a dead end. Or am I missing something (very likely?)
