Brazil's Web Portal UOL And Palm Inc To Unveil Pact: Dow Jones Newswires SAO PAULO -- Brazilian Web portal Universo Online Inc. and Palm Inc. (PALM) Monday said they will disclose details of a partnership agreement signed by the two companies. The announcement will be made Tuesday and is expected to include joint projects in Brazil. UOL provides Web portal services throughout Latin America.
