yep 25% ownership, i double counted one of the filings.... It is an interesting offer for sure, you can burn half your cash through '09 to create value, then pay out the other half. but that leaves you little to pursue the further effort. They have nothing I can see that will drive early '09 value. quite a pistol to the temple. they did this in the past, and made some change along the way, cant recall the ticker off the top of my head though.
