02 16 09 remain in the recommend fund from vanguard stockcharts.com[s116041875]&disp=O The market continues it downward spiral and all charts remain black and in downtrends. According to plain we should not be involved in the stockmarket at this time. But I recommended entering back in October because of capitulation type selling that was going on at that period of time, this is consistant with past areas of history where the market has bottomed. You can look at the chart available to use that are on the link above and see that around the area that I signaled to get into the market that we havent made a new low yet sense then. No one can call the actual bottom of a stock market. There are signs of when this is and you may be lucky enough to get close and I fell that I was likely pretty close on the call and remain comfortable with my position in the stock market at this time. Good bottoms get tested before an actual take off to the upside occurs and we may be testing this bottom now. If you look at the charts you will see that most of them are getting down to a point where it is now testing the bottom that occurred a few months back when I made the call to enter the market. It is very possible that we fall below and make a new low, but in any event I prefer to be invested at this time because we have missed a large portion of the decline and over the long haul will be light years ahead of anyone that stayed into the market over the entire distance of the markets decline. Stay calm, stay invested in the vanguard retirement fund that is for your age group and wait for the bottom to occur which may take several months of testing the final bottom before the take off occurs.
