company, Tuesday announced the launch of the @HomeSportsBook,
www.athomesportsbook.com.

@HomeSportsBook offers wagers on worldwide sporting contests, including
American football, World Cup soccer, NASCAR, boxing, golf, rugby and
tennis.

Visitors can also play realistic casino games for fun or real money.
The free casino program includes games like blackjack, slots, roulette,
craps, video poker and baccarat. The java casino requires no download
and visitors can play for fun or real money.

@HomeSportsBook, www.athomesportsbook.com, joins several other online
gaming Web sites marketed by Go Bet!, including Bet at Wall Street,
www.betatwallstreet.com; Bubba's Casino, www.bubbascasino.com (endorsed
by NFL legend and film celebrity Bubba Smith); Akira Casino,
www.akiracasino.com; and All Sports Casino 2, www.allsportscasino2.com.

A total of $10 billion will be gambled online by the year 2002
according to DataMonitor.

Go Bet! has selected Softec Systems Caribbean Inc. ("Softec"), a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications (OTC BB: SNMM), to be
the software provider for the Web site. Global Internet is the operator
through which the online wagers may be placed at @HomeSportsBook.
