at this point time delay will basically kill nextwave; or Congress will intervene. frankly, i am surprised that the High Court would get involved; granted it is a an important issue of whether bankruptcy law applies but deciding the case does more damage to the parties. but then, the wise men only look at the theoretical and not the practical.
