No the documentation exists to answer the question. Its not available though.

True, but that doesn't validate his citizenship status. Its two separate things. You can be born in HA and not be a naturalized citizen. You can be announced in a HA newspaper, but not be born in HA. You can have a HA birth record provided by the state, but not have been born in HA. These things are all possible. You need to do the research to see what I am talking about. Thats all for now.
