I think we have a sail beginning, until the Whip comes down of course lol. Moving a 1/3 of the 401k into the rut2000, and going to dip in a couple of 2nd tier ers for swing trades. Looking for 5% up move from here (several days?). Exits set, the fund on a break below 3550 on the nds, 1/4 - 3/8 peanuts on the little ones. seeya
