If investors reading that article about Bombay Indians threatening to unload their silver into the market like our Central Banks were suddenly concerned, the price of the metal would have reacted long before this. They seem to thrive on rumors. My explanation is that THAT possibility has already been factored into its price. And there may well be other, bigger and countervailing factors pushing it up!
