The rebates cause quite a ripple effect. Even if people don't end up sending them in, Iomega would have to reserve against it in 3rd qtr. However, by the 4th qtr maybe they can then take a gain in reduction of the reserve for outstanding never sent rebates. EPS will be shifted from 3rd qtr to 4th or 1st qtrs.

So, EPS will most likely be lower than reality in 3rd and higher than reality in 4th quarter. I think that's how its going to work. But I'm not a CPA. ;)
