I just spoke with Sandy at SIII. I suggested considering stock repurchase. She agreed it sounded like a good idea and will be reviewed as a possibility by management. She implied they too are perplexed by the weakness today. She confirmed that the conference call was very positive. The 5% growth going forward (the H&Q expected to be closer to 10%) is decent based on historical comparisions she said. They also are trying to get more institutional interest. The following are some conferences and presentations they'll be making in the next couple months. 2/3 Host Paine Webber 2/11 Goldman Sachs in NY 2/26 Robbie Stephens in SF 3/5 DLJ in Laguna Niguel 4/1 Lehman Brothers in Phoenix She did mention Drew Peck had some summary comments and his bottom line was that although PC industry may be uncertain (growth, etc. I assume) that SIII would remain the dominant player.
