Bush Supporters Boo Clinton Former President Bill Clinton was offered "best wishes for a swift and speedy recovery" by President Bush at a campaign rally in West Allis, Wisconsin. As mentioned on SN, Clinton needs heart bypass surgery. Bush added: "He's is in our thoughts and prayers."
