I'm using that as a Factor of Safety (engineer that I am). Iomega also announced that they would like to over produce in September to have finished inventory on hand, if needed, for Christmas rush. By not incorporating the $4 million (which pales against the $55 million I estimated anyway), I think I can offset the increase in Cost of Sales and SG&A from the strategic overproduction. Patrick
