Very persuasive --and encouraging --summary of the INCY position. Can I ask what your view of the INCY/Syteni injunction is? How will this impact INCY in the long run? What would be the impact if the injunction is followed up by a court judgement that INCY/Synteni had infringed AFFX's patent? As I understand it, even that worst case legal scenario would not destroy INCY's value, where a finding the other way would really impact on AFFX.
