Zeev & Jeffrey: You both have considered the two points that I struggle with. At this time I see more profit in holding and waiting. The 2nd Qt is not far off and Semi has been moving positive. The take over scenario is a valid one in my mind also. The company has good financials and last Qt picked up new business, which may show up on this Qt. Selling now assures a good % return/time. But not much money in $ unless quantity was purchased. But the old saying goes a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I have respect for this little company. So I'll bet on them to move more positive. .........Phil............
