Don't go to the bank yet with that split date.
I recently heard on the grapevine that 1)there aren't enough
shares authorized to allow for a split, so this will have
to be on the meeting adgenda first. 2)mgt may be leaning toward
letting the price run for awhile and do a 3:1 a little later.

This IS simply idle talk I've heard nothing substantiated. Perhaps
someone with access to the info can check on how many shares are
currently authorized.
