As for the taste aspect, this is really complicated, but if you are up to it, go ahead: Buy a bottle of regular milk and a bottle of organic milk. Pour some of each in separate glass. Taste.
The only folks who can't tell the difference are heavy smokers. Go figure. :)

Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union do not allow rBGH, just as a point of reference.
