Can anyone tell me what was the weird stuff that happened the last few minutes on the intra day chart. I was looking at lombard:

lombard.com

The chart there has a huge graph line from 17 to 16 3/8 and then almost immediately turns arounds and goes from 17 to 17 5/8. Did someone actually buy or sell at 16 3/8 and then almost immediately did someone buy or sell at 17 5/8? Other than the 2 cases, the graph has a very short trading range at the end.
