I see a lot of commentary regarding the complexity of the material. i've been reading his site for a number of years and his 'drill down' posts with hyperlinks are at times enough for your eyes to glaze over..the average person will never comprehend the criminality involved... in this instance, the briefing, imo, should be done in a bullet point format, hopefully fitted on one page....the 20 page brief will be relevant to lawyers having followed this story from it's inception, it is STILL difficult for me to distill down to the core elements in a way that the uninitiated understands....it's a problem
