This tends to make those gov'ts want their cops to be civil with civilians even if they are ticketing them or arresting them. Generally, if you are reasonable with them, they will be reasonable with you. Of course, there are always bad apples in any organization. I'm sure you have some cops who shouldn't be wearing badges.> Bingo. Now you are making sense. Most police are very sensible and reasonable. Quite a lot are not. Plenty should be reassigned to jobs more suitable for their talents. Mqurice
