TA. There are just some days - many many days - where I feel I'm playing the market like a slot machine. Two cherries show up and I just, just - always just - miss getting that third cherry for a win. Seemingly always close but never get it. Very nice article yesterday am in Barron's about how well Buffett invested in Flying J (Flying J is the largest "travel center" business in USA.), and his relationship with the founding owner(s). Mr. Buffett eventually took over the company, and it's been not much known but a tremendous investment according to Barron's (number 1 in the country in the business). In part thanks to further capital infusion by Buffett. I immediately reviewed my position in TravelCenters - TA, which I believe might be a distant number two. Just did not see an impetus to increase my few shares. (Wrong) This morning I see I just missed that third cherry...again. Oh well. Have to be grateful for what I do have. finance.yahoo.com
