The NGL CFO just bought some of the common units at $2.79. That's pretty encouraging that the balance sheet is going to get spruced up. openinsider.com NGL's bankers adjusted the partnership's revolver capacity from $500m to $600m. That also indicates the banks sort of think this mess is going to get cleaned up.
