What is ACORN doing? Now they are closing shops around the country and taking all the records. They will claim they closed them for poor record keeping after destroying records that could not be sanitized and simply blaming their closing on that account. Clever stuff if everybody can keep their mouths shut.

I heard 40% or more are closing doors around the country.

Seen this move before with another huge "volunteer" group. Can't mention their name but you can figure it out if familiar with nonprofit organizations in "America".
It looks like they are doing the responsible thing, but are actually sweeping their footprints off the sand and covering as many tracks as possible.
