DCVax will be available in California on Jan 1, 2017..
Governor Brown signed legislation to allow terminal cancer patients
to take experimental treatment as of the first of the year..

I researched his ability to do this some time ago and according to California Law he is able to do this..

This means that you should be able to apply for DCVax next week... I am sure that there will be many hoops to go thru but you do not need to wait for FDA approval.

As for .34-.35 activity, I would think that it is not only the new issue
but also maybe a fund or two needs to exit because of going on OTC..
