Of course, not just any coat hanger, it had to be a rusty one used by a victim of brutal rape. I certainly don't want that for anyone, who would? However, we have far more dumpster babies and secret back room abortions these days than we did before convenient abortion became an acceptable norm.

I didn't buy it then, and I don't now. Most people have forgotten that old premise, we now have 1.3 million abortions per year in the US. If you want to support women's (85% unmarried) right to use abortion as a form of birth control, that's ok with me. You can leave out the BS and still form a good argument.

Personally I want it taken out of the government's hands altogether. But then it would have to be privately funded, which makes it none of my business at all.
