Dear PLZN: All that proves to me is the DISGUSTING situation this country has found itself in as regards class action lawsuits. It just so happens I actually shop in the Pompano Beach COSTCO. I saw those rebates CLEARLY indicated on the label, all one had to do was READ THE DAMN LABEL to see if it expired or not. Costco cant be responsible for pulling mdse. every time a rebate expires. I have shopped at that store from the day it opened and they have always treated me like a KING. If you are unhappy with ANYTHING for ANY REASON you can take it back and they IMMEDIATELY give you a full refund. This is just a PLOY for attorneys to get an OUT OF COURT settlement for themselves, no consumer will get anything out of this. JDN
