Anthony, I'm pretty sure I can help you weasel out of this one... The Merriam-Webster's dictionary says that "UNTRUTHFUL stresses a discrepancy between what is said and fact or reality." So on the surface it appears that all of the responses to your challenge by CaptainSEC meet the definition of UNTRUTHFUL...but wait!!!! It says "discrepancy between what is SAID and fact"...and you didn't actually SAY anything in your report, you WROTE these things in your report. Yeah...that's the ticket. And if that doesn't work you could give him the ol' "reality is subjective" argument. That one seems pretty "bulletproof". Or I suppose you could just pay him...
