The real question, in my book, is if any of the lawsuits have merit and are more serious than just an oversight on the management's part, what does that say for the ethics of the management team? We can live with mistakes (we all make some) and even a little incompetence but if management broke the law, civil or criminal, by design, then we all have a problem with the company.

Let's hope that isn't the case.
