Kind of reminds me of the phrase an education is free -- it's school that costs money. Think what we could be and do if we handled schooling the way we handled health-care...

Interesting discussion here the last 10 days. Reminds me of the old market adage that it's the long-term holders who are the most speculative.

Someone asked if yesterday's move up - a whopping 3/4 pt - was a bounce off an oversold condition. My numbers say "No, we haven't gone oversold yet". That doesn't happen until we hit 22 3/4 (as of the close yesterday), but there's an element of subjectivity in it so far as deciding what time period to include in the analysis. No guarantee of going oversold or anything else in the market.

ChrisMeister (last post = 7145) -- who is short above 30 but trying to decide if enough is enough, how much greed is good, etc..
