So, according to the new Government/Italian-owned Chrysler, its newest green car, the 2009 Peapod (stop laughing), will have a "new look and feel" with an "innovative, groundbreaking design."

Really?



By the way, I note that the most successful of those 1950s Bubble Cars, the Isetta, was known in Germany as the Sargwagen, or Coffin Car. For more on the deadly side of increased fuel economy, see here.
